The seminar for 30 youth leaders was organised in cooperation with the French-German frendship association ROUDEL and the German youth association S.N.O.W. from Berlin. In a very nice and chearful athmosphere our participants learned and expirienced different methods of work in intercultural exchanges – covering a wide range of knowing-each-other games and exercises, leasure time games, games with the aim to strenghten the group cohesion – up to the more complex role plays aimed to help the participants to understand different cultures, the phenomen of «cultural glases» and iceberg-theory. The second part of the seminar will be held in Carcassonne, France, and the third one in Berlin.
